RQ-21 Blackjack Drone
#RQ21Blackjack drone at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, Dec. 11, 2020. Marines with VMU-2 used the drones to support Marine Corps Special Operations Command (MARSOC) during Training Exercise II . This exercise allowed MARSOC’s Logistics Support Team to be evaluated prior to attaching to a Marine Special Operations Company that will be capable of supporting full Special Operation Forces operations. The RQ-21 can be rapidly deployed with a limited footprint and provide route reconnaissance, target confirmation, and intelligence gathering for unilateral and multilateral operations.
