As a response to Argentinian aggression on British territory in The Falkland Islands in April 1982, Britain send a large force halfway around the world to combat the threat to their empire. This war would last just over 2 months and would be remembered for the imbalance between the well-trained, well-equipped British soldiers and the Argentinian conscripts.
